East London grill house Berber & Q will invite a handful of culinary whizzes into its Haggerston kitchen for a charity dinner, raising money for those impacted by the Earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
Taking place on Monday, February 27, the dinner sees the Berber & Q team - founders Josh and Pual Katz and Mattia Bianchi and Executive Chef Jeremy Borrow - partner up with Ramael Scully (Scully), Chris Leach (Manteca), Luke Findlay (Supa Ya Ramen) and Helen Graham (Bubala) to create a feast for charity. Proceeds will go to supporting the people caught up in the devastating earthquake via charity Choose Love, which is works with grassroots organisations working on the ground helping impacted communities.
Dishes will pay homage to the regional dishes from cities hit by the earthquake, and the menu includes the likes of tofu whip with caramelised hispi cabbage and smoked chicken butter; BBQ tavuk sis (Turkish chicken kebab) with chilli and pumpkin seed miso, apricot umeboshi and tabbouleh; and a riff on the traditional Adana kebab with ezme salad and pickles.

Drinks wise, Les Caves De Pyrenne and Sager & Wine have put together a wine pairing for the evening there will be cocktail lists by 58Gin and Waterford organic whiskey as well as hibiscus and rose spritzes for those not on the booze.
A ticketed prize draw will follow the meal, and the prizes are "incredible".

Tickets for the East London Earthquake Appeal are £100 and include a five-course dinner and drinks for the evening.
